These Terms govern your access to the Tropical Flame Cuisine, LLC website. By using the website or submitting information, you agree to them.
Website content is general information. Menus, ingredients, pricing, service areas, public stops, hours, and availability may change without notice. Photographs show food prepared by Tropical Flame Cuisine, but presentation may vary.
A booking or catering form is an inquiry only. It does not reserve a date, guarantee availability, create an agreement, or obligate either party. An event is booked only after written confirmation and completion of required agreements, deposits, or other booking steps.
Please disclose preferences and allergies. Although we consider requests, our kitchen and truck may handle common allergens, and we cannot guarantee freedom from cross-contact unless expressly confirmed in writing.
You agree to provide accurate information you are authorized to provide. You may not submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or harmful content; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape content for commercial use; impersonate others; or interfere with the website or its security.
The Tropical Flame Cuisine name, logos, design, copy, photographs, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to Tropical Flame Cuisine, LLC. They may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.
The website may use or link to form-delivery, email, mapping, social-media, and hosting providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, or separate terms and privacy practices.
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy, or suitability. Tropical Flame Cuisine, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use. These terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Georgia unless applicable law requires otherwise.
